
what are somethings that i can eat or mix together to give me more energy?
not energy drinks and stuff like that I’m looking for like different things i may be able to blend together that works or pills things fast that give energy quickly or a couple hours later i know carbs and sugars so anything else that might work
Whey protein is good in the morning for sustained energy throughout the day. I take a multi vitamin every morning (GNC’s Megamen) anything with a lot of B vitamins will give you fast energy. You can also buy straight B-6 and B-12 in pill form.
