how do you create a free electricity generator using magnetism?
I know there is a way to create free energy by connecting a perpetual motion motor powered by magnets to an alternator. My question is: can anyone explain how to do this step by step? and once the generator is built, how can it be used to power household devices or even an entire home?
I understand this process requires an understanding of magnetic fields and electrical current, unfortunately all i know about these is what i learned some years ago in high school physics classes and i’m not sure i remember all (or even most) of what i learned. If anyone can explain the process in a way that would make sense to someone who is far from an electrical engineer (ie: plain english) i would greatly appreciate it!
Electricity and magnetism are two sides of the same coin, they’re complementary. When you run electricity through a wire, it creates a magnetic field. When you vary magnetic fields acting on a wire (negative/positive), you create electricity. This is normally done by spinning a wire in a magnetic field and inducing a current. So theoretically you should be able to convert any type of mechanical energy, such as water falling, steam pushing pistons, or running hamsters into electrical energy by spinning/moving a a conductor across a field.
So to answer your question, there’s no such thing as a free generator (at least not a useful one), first you buy the materials then you need some source of energy =]. Second, there’s no such thing as a true perpetual motion machine (you said perpetual motion ‘motor’, but this is a contradictory term), it’s going to need a push sometime. Third, for perpetual motion to create enough energy to supply an appliance it would need to move lots of weight through a strong field, or move really fast through a weaker field. So it’s just easier to just use water, wind, vapor, or combustion.
