Cap & Tax – another name for job killing Obamacrat plan with good intentions and bad consequences for USA jobs?
The then Democrat governor of Virginia was asked on a radio show if Virginia could impose it’s own Cap & Trade program should the Federal government NOT implement one. His answer was that it would be ECONOMIC SUICIDE for Virginia because businesses would simply move out of Virginia for non-cap & trade states.
If Democrats can admit that a state by state program would only drive industry to the non cap & tax states why can’t they understand that we are part of a bigger world then 50 states and industry will vacate the USA taking the jobs with them if we impose a carbon tax on energy???
Do you think that add a tax to 90% of our energy use will 1) create jobs as claimed 2) cost $1 a day 3) save the earth from the theory of Global Warming???
Yeah it is and the Governor of Virginia is right. California has its own cap and trade in place and businesses moved out of the state.
