Solar Energy Engineering?
Hello I know I want to work with science and engineering when I grow up but I need to know what exactly to study for this certain job.
I want to work with Solar and wind energy and really any kind of renewable energy technology that will help get us off oil and solve the worlds energy problems.
I want to know the name of this specific field if there is one and what I should study to get there.
Also if you can tell me anything about this field like salary and working conditions that would be great.

I am afraid there is no branch in engineering in solar energy.
The nearest one is electrical engineering.
